Returns:
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back in accordance with the following Return Policy:

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
• No exchange or refund on sale items
• All returns are refunded via store credit
• A receipt and proof of purchase must be provided
• All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer
Exchanges:
We welcome you to return your item(s) for exchange as long as the Return Policy above is followed. Once the item(s) is/are received, we will issue a store credit where you may repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued. For more information please email

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s):
​
Should you receive a damaged/defective item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage or defect and email the photo to info@gthirteen.com.au?subject=Damaged/defect item(s) along with a description of the damaged/defect item(s) and your Order Number. For incorrect item(s), a description and order number is only required. The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive your email and assess the issue we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email info@gthirteen.com.au?subject=Terms & Conditions for assistance.
